Where it Began
First Ade Repairs was born from a passion for craftsmanship and a keen sense of entrepreneurship. It all started during my time working in a specialist jewellery tool shop, where I became fascinated with the intricate machinery essential for creating exquisite jewellery. When faulty machines came through the door, I took it upon myself to repair them, finding immense satisfaction in restoring these tools to their former glory.
My efforts did not go unnoticed; customers appreciated the quality of my repairs, leading to an increasing number of requests. This growing demand sparked an idea in my mind: there was a significant gap in the market for reliable repair services, especially for the jewellery industry. I began taking repairs home with me, dedicating my evenings and weekends to help meet this demand.
Recognising the potential for a full-time business, I made the decision to fully pursue my passion for repairs. Thus, First Ade Repairs was established, allowing me to combine my skills and love for machinery with the desire to provide exceptional service to my clients. Today, I am proud to offer expert repairs and support for jewellery tools, ensuring that craftsmen can continue to create beautiful pieces with the confidence that their equipment is in good hands.
Where it Developed
First Ade Repairs began its journey in 2013, and we’ve been going strong ever since. Over the years, we’ve experienced continuous growth and development, successfully adapting to the needs of our valued customers. In 2023, as we celebrated a decade of dedication to quality repairs, I made the exciting decision to expand my business by moving from my home workshop to a larger facility.
This transformation allowed us to rebrand as Elements, reflecting our evolution and the broader vision for the future. Alongside the rebranding, I proudly launched our innovative miniature flame HHO gas generator machine, known as the Needle Flame. This machine is designed to burn hotter and more accurately than any other competitor on the market, making it the ultimate tool for jewellers.
While my passion for repairing machines remains strong, I am thrilled to lead a talented team that can bring our vision to life. Together, we are committed to providing the perfect flame solution for the jewellery industry, ensuring that our clients have the best tools at their disposal. Following the successful launch of our Needle Flame machine, the team at Elements has been hard at work on another essential tool for
jewellers: our very own steam cleaner! Since the introduction of the Needle Flame, we have received numerous requests from our customers eager for a reliable and effective steamer to enhance their jewellery cleaning processes.
We understand the importance of high-quality tools in the jewellery industry, and we’re thrilled to respond to our customers’ needs with
this upcoming product. Our steam cleaner is designed to meet the demands of jewellers who require powerful yet gentle cleaning solutions. With its advanced technology, we are confident that our imminent steam cleaner launch will be just as successful as our Needle Flame machine.
